It's like Natalie knows me! Stomach ulcers are a big problem in my family so I have to be careful, my husband is always telling me I'm obsessed with keeping the house clean. Renovation is a good idea & I'm trying to get into the building trade, I have a finger that's been fractured so often it's bent, I don't sleep well & I don't eat right causing digestion problems. Incredible! Jamie always looks worn out & exhausted even after a full nights sleep, he's emotional & anxious all the time, he uses his computer & mobile a lot.  The back of his bed backs onto a wall that has a large fridge/freezer on the other side of it!  We'll  be moving that for sure. Jamie does get outside a lot but with our concern about skin cancer he's always covered up with long sleeves & a hat.  I'll be getting him to remove his hat for a  few minutes a day from now on. Natalie is right - I was a confident person before this relationship & finding the strength to  leave was the first step in regaining that confidence . As Natalie said  I also get headaches, I have scoliosis & night is when I do most of my worrying. Mum had an extremely busy life before she injured her arm & now she is limited in what she can do.
